Easy Wild Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1lb Wild Baja Shrimp
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 Deveined, Chopped, Seedless Jalapeno
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt 

Directions

Step 1: Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil and poaching your shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

Step 2: After, cut your shrimp to size and place both your shrimp and 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice into a relatively shallow dish.

Step 3: Second, combine your tomatoes, onions, cilantro, pepper, and sea salt in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 4: Mix the shrimp into this medium-sized bowl.

Step 5: Stir the mixture until your shrimp has incorporated with the juice and assorted ingredients.

Step 6: Season with sea salt until you are happy with the taste.
