Thawing Instructions
1. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then rinse lightly with cold running water and
drain well. Or for a quick thaw, place in colander under cold running water for about
5-7 minutes, gently rotating prawns to ensure even thawing
2. Drain well. Shrimp are now ready for preparation in your favorite recipe.
Cooking Instructions
For broiling, pan frying or grilling, cook 2-4 minutes on each side. Be careful not
to over cook. Shrimp are done when opaque and firm.
