Cooking Instructions

Thawing Instructions:

  • Place calamari rings and tentacles in a colander under gently running cold water until the squid softens.
  • Drain and pat dry with paper towels
  • For best results, do not refreeze after thawing.

Heating Instructions:

  • To fry, grill, or saute alone, cook quickly over medium-high heat for about 50-70 seconds on each side
  • Take bake, place the calamari rings on a baking sheet, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350°F
