Ingredients

Calamari, Egg White, Bread Crumb (Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt, Yeast), Wheat Flour, Starch, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Parsley)

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove calamari rings from protective pouch and place in a single layer on a baking pan. Heat in oven for 12 minutes on the center rack; turn calamari rings over after 6 minutes. Calamari rings are heated when golden brown and crispy.

Thawing Instructions:

Keep product frozen until use.
