Panko Butterfly Shrimp

Ingredients

Shrimp (farm raised), potato starch, baking soda, soybean oil, corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, salt, xanthan gum, sodium bicarbonate, rice bean oil

Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place shrimp in a single layer on broiling pan, and heat in oven for 18-20 min. Turn shrimp over and heat for another 5 min. Shrimp are ready to eat when golden brown and crispy.

Air Fry:
Place shrimp in a single layer in air fryer and heat for 8-10 mi at 400°F. Turn shrimp and heat for another 2-3min. Shrimp are ready to eat when golden brown and crispy.
