Coconut Shrimp

  • All natural Pacific White Shrimp
  • Lightly dusted with panko and coconut flakes
  • With Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Flash frozen to preserve fresh taste
  • Precooked to the perfect texture

Ingredients

Coconut Shrimp: shrimp (farm raised), coconut flakes, potato starch, rice flour, egg
white, soybean oil, yeast, salt, cayenne powder, natural spices
Sweet Thai Chili Sauce:
Chili, sugar, distilled vinegar, water, salt, garlic, modified tapioca, starch, glucose syrup, acetic, acid, guar gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, paprika extract

Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake:
1. Remove Shrimp from protective pouch and place in a single later on a broiling pan that is sprayed with a non- stick coating.

2. Heat in oven at 400°F on center rack for about 8 minutes. on each side for a total of about 16 minutes.

3. Shrimp is ready to eat when golden brown and crispy. Thaw sauce by running the pouch under water.


Deep Fry:
1. Heat at 360°F for 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
