Ingredients

Chilean Sea Bass Dumplings: Dumpling skin (water, tapioca starch, rice flour, vegetable oil, sugar, salt), Chilean sea bass (wild), tapioca starch, salt, sugar, onion, carrot, water chestnut, bamboo shoot, sugar, corn starch, sesame oil, cilantro, salt, garlic, pepper
Soy Ginger Sauce: water, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), sugar, salt, lemon, ginger, honey, ginger powder, lactic acid, tapioca starch, star anise

Cooking Instructions

Microwave

  • Remove outer wrap around tray.
  • Remove sauce from tray (to defrost sauce, run under warm water).
  • For best results cover ring with a moist paper towel.
  • Microwave for 2 min. on high.
  • For frozen product: microwave for 3-4 min.
  • Let cool for 2 min. and serve with sauce.

Steam

  • Remove outer wrap around the tray.
  • Remove sauce from the tray (to defrost sauce, run under warm water).
  • Place the tray in a steamer and heat for 8 min.
  • For frozen product: steam for about 15 min.
  • Let cool for 2 min. and serve with sauce.
