- 3 ea. soft corn tortilla shells
- 9 ea. Royal Asia® Lightly Coated Shrimp
- 3 oz. blend bok choy, basil, cabbage, red onion
- 3 oz. chopped tomato and cilantro
Dressing - Blend Together
- 2 oz. mandarin orange dressing
- 1 tbsp ancho chili powder
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lime
- 1 oz. mayonnaise
Cook shrimp per instructions. Lightly grill tortillas, lay strip of dressing in the middle of each tortilla and place 3 shrimp on dressing. Add cabbage blend and chopped tomato and cilantro mix. Top with dressing. Serve with chips and condiments.
