  Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos
 
  • 3 ea. soft corn tortilla shells

  • 9 ea. Royal Asia® Lightly Coated Shrimp

  • 3 oz. blend bok choy, basil, cabbage, red onion

  • 3 oz. chopped tomato and cilantro

    Dressing - Blend Together


  • 2 oz. mandarin orange dressing

  • 1 tbsp ancho chili powder

  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lime

  • 1 oz. mayonnaise

Cook shrimp per instructions. Lightly grill tortillas, lay strip of dressing in the middle of each tortilla and place 3 shrimp on dressing. Add cabbage blend and chopped tomato and cilantro mix. Top with dressing. Serve with chips and condiments.
