  Spicy Thai Lemongrass Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp brown or stone ground mustard

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tsp yellow curry paste

  • 1 pound peeled & deveined shrimp

Mix all seasonings in bowl or resealable bag add shrimp and refrigerate for one hour.
Cook over medium heat until shrimp are pink and cooked through. The shrimp may also be cooked on the grill.
