- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp cayenne – or to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Royal Asia® Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 large ripe mango cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1 bunch green onion thin sliced on diagonal
- 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
Coat shrimp with salt, cayenne, and tumeric. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil over medium high heat add shrimp. When majority of shrimp are turning pink add Thai sweet chili sauce. Mangos and Basil. Cook until all shrimp are done add sliced green onions toss and serve.
