Cashew Orange Shrimp
  • 1 oz. sesame oil

  • 2 tsp fresh chopped ginger

  • 2 tsp fresh chopped garlic

  • 2 oz. cross cut celery

  • 2 oz. cross cut red onion

  • 3 oz. mandarin orange dressing

  • 3 oz. mix fish stock/oyster sauce

  • 6 oz. Royal Asia® Lightly Coated Shrimp

  • 3 oz. salted cashews

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • garnish: fresh chopped basil and basil sprig

Heat oil on medium high. Add celery and onions; sautè. Add ginger and garlic. Add mandarin orange dressing. Heat and add stock mix and reduce. Add chopped basil, spices, cashews and cooked shrimp. Garnish.
