- 1 hoagy style bun
- 2 oz. red pepper mayo
- 4 oz. Royal Asia® Lightly Coated Shrimp
- 3 slices tomato
- 2 oz. fresh shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 tbsp cajun powder
- 4 oz chili dusted chips
Heat the bread. Cook shrimp per basic cooking directions and toss with cajun powder. Spread dressing on bread and lay down tomato slices and top with shrimp and then lettuce. Serve with chips and side of roasted red pepper mayonnaise and pickled red cabbage.
