Marinated Spicy Scallops
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp diced jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp Royal Asia® Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Marinate 1 pound scallops with tamari, sesame oil, diced jalapenos and half cup chopped mint. Reduce 2 cups orange juice to a quarter of its volume. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon concentrate. Cool Mix half pound butter with orange mixture and add 3 tablespoons Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. Drain and cook scallops. Remove from pan. Melt 2 tablespoons off butter in pan and pour over scallops.
