Marinated Spicy Scallops

Marinate 1 pound scallops with tamari, sesame oil, diced jalapenos and half cup chopped mint. Reduce 2 cups orange juice to a quarter of its volume. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon concentrate. Cool Mix half pound butter with orange mixture and add 3 tablespoons Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. Drain and cook scallops. Remove from pan. Melt 2 tablespoons off butter in pan and pour over scallops. |
