  Pacific Rim Prawns
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp dried orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp fresh chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped black olives
  • 4 oz Royal Asia® Lightly Coated Shrimp

Pickled Red Cabbage

  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 3 oz thinly sliced red cabbage


For pickled cabbage, place cabbage in a shallow dish. Bring all other ingredients to a boil and pour over cabbage; let steep covered until cool. Cook shrimp per instructions. Add all other ingredients in pan and reduce. Toss in shrimp and mix. Serve shrimp around red cabbage and garnish with a basil leaf and toasted sesame seeds.
