  Spicy Thai Lemongrass Shrimp
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined raw shrimp
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Royal Asia® Thai Spicy Lemongrass Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mint

Lightly coat 1 pound shrimp with flour, cook over medium high heat. While cooking add 1/4 cup Thai Spicy Lemongrass sauce. When the shrimp are cooked add 1/2 cup fresh mint and serve.
