Honey Ginger Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Royal Asia Thai Lemongrass Sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp   minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cupchicken stock
  • 1 pound shrimp
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, ginger and honey, and Thai Lemongrass sauce
Cook and stir until all ingredients are combined. Add shrimp and cook until almost done about 3 minutes. Add chicken stock and continue cooking until shrimp are cooked 2-3 minutes more.
