Washington) Tai Foong USA has announced an alliance
with world renowned Master Chef Martin Yan for
the purpose of developing a new line of pan-Asian
appetizers, meals and entrées under their
Royal Asia brand. Master
Chef Yan is a well known TV personality, chef
and restaurateur who was recently inducted into
the 2004 MenuMasters Hall of Fame by Nation's
Restaurant News. "We are excited to be
able to work with Martin on this new product line.
His culinary expertise and knowledge of pan-Asian
cuisine are unequalled in the industry,"
stated Davy Lam, president of Tai Foong
USA. The new product line is scheduled to launch
in the fall. Tai Foong USA is an importer and
supplier of premium seafood and pan-Asian products
headquartered in Seattle, Washington.
