Tai Foong USA markets products under the Northern Chef, Northern King, and Royal Asia brands. Northern Chef is our premium line of seafood featuring certified-sustainable Alaska cod and wild-caught shrimp from Baja California. Under our Royal Asia banner, you will find our easy to prepare Pan-Asian products endorsed by Master Chef and family friend, Martin Yan. Royal Asia products range from dim sum items like shrimp hacao to oven-ready appetizers like coconut shrimp. The Northern King brand is reserved for commodity seafood products like surimi.
