JUMBO COCONUT SHRIMP
With Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Royal Asia Jumbo Coconut Shrimp starts with specially selected Jumbo White Shrimp that arenaturally processed without the use of chemical additives. These shrimp are lightly coated with a blend of crunchy Panko breading and tropical coconut flakes and pre-cooked to just the right texture. To maintain their freshness during shipment, they are placed in a protective pouch and flash frozen. Just follow the easy heating instructions below to finish them off to a crunchy golden brown and serve with asmall dipping bowl of the tasty Thai sweet chili dipping sauce that is included.
♦ Remove shrimp from protective pouch and place in a single layer on a broiling pan that is sprayed with a non-stick coating
♦ Heat in 400ºF oven for 20 minutes on the center rack, turn shrimp over and heat another 5 minutes on broil. Shrimp is heated when golden brown and crispy.
♦ Thaw sealed sauce and walnut pouches in warm water
♦ Carefully remove the shrimp from the oven and toss with sauce. Garnish with walnuts.
Deep Fry:
♦ Shrimp may be deep fried at 375ºF for 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy
