breading, pre-cooked to just the right texture and flash frozen to maintain their freshness. Just follow the easy heating instructions below to finish them off to a crispy golden brown and serve with the tangy seafood cocktail sauce that is included. This product is precooked for best results keep frozen until ready to heat

Heating Instructions:
Oven Bake:
♦ Remove calamari rings from protective pouch and place in a single layer on a baking pan.
♦ Heat in 385 ºF oven for 12 minutes on the center rack; turn calamari rings over and heat another 6 minutes.
♦ Thaw seafood cocktail sauce pouches in warm water.
Deep Fry:
♦ Calamari rings may be deep fried at 350 ºF for2- 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
