Warm Shrimp Cobb Salad
   

6 oz field blend greens
3 oz. chopped roma tomato
3 tbsp dry rice noodles
2 oz. fresh chopped red onion
2 oz chopped pepper blend, red, yellow, green
2 oz. chopped cooked bacon
2 oz. pickled red cabbage*
4 oz Royal Asia® Lightly Coated Shrimp
3 oz. Mandarin Orange Dressing
1 sprig basil

Lay down greens and lay strips evenly of ingredients, reserving lightly coated cooked shrimp for the middle of the salad. Garnish with basil spring and serve with dressing on the side.
