Cashew Orange Shrimp

1 oz. sesame oil
2 tsp fresh chopped ginger
2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
2 oz. cross cut celery
2 oz. cross cut red onion
3 oz. mandarin orange dressing
3 oz. mix fish stock/oyster sauce
6 oz. Royal Asia® Lightly Coated Shrimp
3 oz. salted cashews
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
garnish: fresh chopped basil and basil sprig

Heat oil on medium high. Add celery and onions; sautè. Add ginger and garlic. Add mandarin orange dressing. Heat and add stock mix and reduce. Add chopped basil, spices, cashews and cooked shrimp. Garnish.
