Crispy Prawn Salad
   
 

5 oz. Royal Asia® Lightly Coated Shrimp
2 1/2 cups shredded napa cabbage
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
2 tbsp red bell pepper julienne
2 tbsp chives cut in 1" lengths
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1 1/2 tbsp soy ginger sauce
1/2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

Mix soy ginger sauce and rice vinegar together. Mix salad ingredients and combine with dressing mix. Cook shrimp per instructions and lightly coat with soy ginger sauce. Place salad mix on plate or in bowl and top with cooked shrimp and drizzle with remaining dressing.
