Spicy Lemongrass Salad
   
 

1 lb. shrimp
1/2 cup Royal Asia ®
Thai Spicy Lemongrass Sauce
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
one small seeded tomato

Marinate one pound cooked shrimp in 1/2 cup Thai Spicy Lemongrass Sauce, 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, and one small tomato seeded and diced, for 10-15 minutes and serve chilled.
