Honey Ginger Shrimp
   

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Royal Asia® Thai Spicy Lemongrass Sauce
¼ Chopped onions
1 tbsp.minced fresh Ginger
1 tbsp. Honey
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 pound shrimp
Salt & pepper to taste
Method: Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, ginger and honey, and Thai Spicy Lemongrass Sauce. Cook and stir until all ingredients are combined. Add shrimp and cook until almost done about 3 minutes. Add chicken stock and continue cooking until shrimp are cooked 2-3 minutes more
