Wild Caught Shrimp
This Platinum line of wild caught Baja Shrimp is chemical free, all natural. Harvested by day boats off the coast of Mexico. Quick frozen to preserve their delicate taste and firm texture.

Thawing Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Quick Thaw: in colander, place shrimp under cold running water for 5-7 minutes.

Cooking Instructions: Oven Bake/Broil: Place shrimp in single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter. Season to taste. Pre-heat over to 425 degrees F. or set to broil. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or broil for 3 to 5 minutes.
